WE HAVE SEMAGLUTIDE! Starting at $100 per month. Available in office for same day start! Tirzepatide is also available by mail-order pharmacy. Orders take about 2 weeks to be shipped. Pricing starts at $400 per 2ml vial (will cover first 2 months of dosing). Appointment required prior to us placing the order. Must be 18 years or older, in moderately good health, and have a qualifying BMI of 25 or higher. This initial visit is required when starting our weight loss program. At this visit we will complete your medical history intake, medication plan, healthy eating plan, initial weigh in, body measurements, photos, and all needed paperwork. Please come prepared with completed intake forms. Cost of medication is not included in the cost of this visit. Semaglutide Pricing for 1 Month Supply (4 Syringes): 0.25mg $100 0.5mg $150 1mg $200 2mg $350 Medication utilized will be Phentermine, Semaglutide, or tirzepatide. Other options available depending on provider discretion and patient needs.
